MIHOFIT is committed to delivering your elliptical machines and fitness products safely and efficiently. This policy outlines the shipping processes, cost standards, and delivery services for orders placed on www.mihofit.com. Please read carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
Here’s what happens after you order:
- Processing: 1-3 business days after payment.
- Shipping Window: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 2 PM.
- Closure: We’re closed on weekends & holidays. Weekend orders ship next business day.
- Notification: You’ll get a tracking email once it’s shipped.
2. Delivery Timelines and Coverage
(1) Service Areas:
- At present, we only ship to the 48 US continental states. Delivery is not available for P.O. BOX or APO/FPO addresses, and PR, AK, HI, GU & Military States AA, AE, and AP. Thanks for your understanding.
- Covering all of Canada, including major cities such as Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, and their surrounding areas.

(3) Delay Notice:
Delays may occur under the following circumstances. We will proactively notify you via email/SMS:
- Public holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.)
- Extreme weather conditions (hurricanes, snowstorms, etc.)
- Carrier system issues or strikes
3. Shipping Restrictions
(1) Prohibited Addresses:
- P.O. Boxes
- Military addresses (APO/FPO)
(2) Special Requirements:
- A daytime contact phone number must be provided for delivery.

4. International Duties and Taxes
(1) U.S. Orders:
In accordance with applicable U.S. federal and state laws, sales tax will be applied to your MIHOFIT online order based on your shipping address. Product prices are listed exclusive of tax, and the specific tax amount will be displayed during checkout. Any import duties or customs fees incurred during the clearance process into the United States will be borne by MIHOFIT.
(2) For orders shipped to Canada:
- Additional customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees may be applied by local customs authorities
- These fees are not included in your checkout total and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery
- The amount is determined by Canadian customs regulations based on product valueand category
- For fee estimates, consult Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) guidelines
5. Shipment Issue Resolution
(1) Damaged/Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your package upon receipt. Should any damage to the shipping box or defects in the product be observed, you are required to take clear photographs of all six sides of the packaging and provide a detailed description of the product damage. This documentation must be sent to our customer service email at mihofitforsport@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Upon verification, we will arrange for a free replacement shipment or provide a full refund.
(2) Lost Packages:
- If the tracking information has not been updated for an extended period, please contact us promptly.
- For packages confirmed as lost, we will arrange for a reshipment.
