In June 2020, MIHOFIT introduced its first Flexible-Bar Elliptical, combining elliptical cardio with flexible-bar resistance to bring more upper-body engagement and training variety into one compact home machine. It marked the beginning of our approach to full-body home fitness—cardio, strength, and stretching designed to work together in one product.
